We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Bottles must be sealed and in original packaging
  • We cannot accept returns of opened or used items
  • Kickstarter backers: returns accepted once product has shipped and falls within the same 30-day window

How to Return a Product

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and request
  2. We’ll send you instructions for mailing back your product
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method

Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to process.

Notes on returns and refunds

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date
  • We cannot offer returns or refunds on products marked as “Final Sale” or free promotional items
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement
